Jason's practices are well structured and full of high energy.

Jason was born and raised in Frederick, MD and started playing hockey at the age of 4. Throughout his life, hockey has been Jason’s true passion as he continues to play today at the age of 34 and is heavily involved in coaching at the youth level.

"Jason is really dedicated to this organization and has been very influential in the growth and development of our younger players", said Loudoun Knights Hockey Director Craig Desjarlais. "Jason is eager to continue teaching his players individual and game concept skills along with a passionate work ethic to continue their developmental trajectory as first and second year full ice 10U players".

Coach Klauka had a highly successful youth hockey career playing for the Washington Little Capitals at the PeeWee (12U) and Bantam (14U) level. He also starred as a varsity high school player at Linganore High School, most notably being named to the All-Metropolitan Team his senior year.

Klauka's youth hockey success paved the way for him to play NCAA D3 Varsity hockey at Concordia University in Wisconsin.

Jason is enjoying a successful professional career as the Mid Atlantic Sales Manager for Metrie working out of Columbia MD. He has been married for 8 years and he and his wife have 3 kids (2 boys and 1 girl).
